Chrissie and Luke Barwell are surprised to find themselves invited on a trip to America by an aunt they scarcely know. Their journey promises more than they expect when they secure a passage on the White Star Line's newest ocean-going liner. Chrissie, though, is uncertain from the beginning about what the trip may hold.
Based on events of April 1912, the journey turns out to be much more significant than any of the travellers could imagine. How will they cope with the life and death situations they face?
